the session will start directly with guided meditation and breathing exercise.. They will be asked to make different or same as they wished shapes in the paper. Different statements were given under each shape, the students were asked to fill in the shapes with the answers, they could also decorate the shapes with any medium of colors. It was like a journey from not knowing about oneself to feeling proud about oneself, having so many qualities. Each student will be asked how they felt, notes will be made and the session will close.
