We are glad to have You here and participating in our art as therapy program activity. We exist and engage in these activities to offer healing, connection, and wholeness on your spiritual journey. These activities normally include using art as a medium and experiences for expression, thinking, communicating, and healing.

While Darash Ahava Foundation makes every effort to provide a safe and pleasant environment for everyone, we do require that this Participation Agreement be read, filled out, signed, and dated by every guest who wishes to participate in the activities that occur at Darash Ahava Foundation.

You (“You” herein references participant signing below) have the opportunity to grow in spiritual ways and experience healing and wholeness while enjoying the Darash Ahava Foundation program activities available to You. We may provide You with written guidelines, verbal instructions, and policies for participation in activities. You agree to follow such guidelines and instructions designed to minimize risk of harm.

Darash Ahava Foundation will make photographs, scans, and copies of art work you create during your activity. You hereby grant a royalty free license of all copyright rights to Darash Ahava Foundation to use art work you create in any manner it chooses and exercise all copyright rights, reproduction, make derivatives, distribution, performance and display for its purposes, including for a charge or fee. Photographs and/or video and sound recordings of You may be made during your time at Darash Ahava Foundation. You authorize the use of such material by Darash Ahava Foundation for its marketing, promotional, and other purposes.

Some of the programs and entrance to the property provide some inherent risks of injury inparticipating. Upon recognition of the nature of the activities involved, their inherent risks, and for the opportunity to voluntarily participate in these activities, by signature below, you waive, release and discharge Darash Ahava Foundation, and its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, representatives, and agents from liability. You covenant with them that You will never, institute any action at law or in equity for any personal injuries, or injuries to property, real or personal, caused by, or arising out of your attendance, stay, and participation in activities at Darash Ahava Foundation. You further agree to indemnify and hold Darash Ahava Foundation harmless against any and all costs, damages, and expenses which may be incurred by them as a result of any lawsuit You (or your agents) or any other party might file against them or arising from your participation in activities at Darash Ahava Foundation.

We trust You will safely enjoy your time at Darash Ahava Foundation and the activities in which You participate. Please attest to your agreement to the terms of the Release and Participation Agreement by signature below. If You provide your email address below you agree to be added to Darash Ahava Foundation’s email list.

This agreement is governed by Arizona law.
