the session started with warmly greeting the students. The students were asked to do guided meditation along with breathing exercise. The students were asked what they would do if there were no teachers in the school. The students were like how can it happen. The facilitator said, just imagine. It was done to open up their mind as well as to bring that playfulness in children which is lost due to strictness in school. As it is winter, most students said they would sleep under the sun, some said they would play, some said they would chit chat. The facilitator asked them to put their emotions in the paper. The students were happy as well were thinking about how to draw different objects. The participants started their art. There was complete silence, except one or two just sharing their thought with their friends. The participants shared their art with the facilitator and the session was closed.
